The panel is composed of steel (concrete) enclosing frame, built-in truss, vesicant cement core, upper and lower surface layers. Unique design and technology give the product following distinct features:
- Vesicant cement is prepared in the enclosing frame of preset truss, compounded with the upper and lower surface layers. Therefore, it can preserve heat and bear load.
- Load capacity of (dry) core material: 270~310kg/m3
- Heat conduction coefficient: 0.067~0.074w/m.k
- The panel thickness and built-in truss density can be adjusted to have a bearing capacity of 1.0~5.0KN/m2.
- The panel is composed of sulfoaluminate salt cement and rolled steel. Its service life product is longer than 50 years, and the structure importance coefficient r0=1.0
- Core technology of the panel - cement foaming technology, is provided with unique foaming mechanism, giving the product a feature of foam closing. It is the technical foundation for the core material to be with excellent performance indicators in respect of high intension, fire resistance, heat preservation, heat insulation, and sound insulation.
- The panel has a fire-resistant limit of 2 hours over. It will not lose its completeness and heat insulation capability after burnt at 900C by fire for 120 minutes. And the average temperature of its back side is lower than 45C.
- The cement used is sulfoaluminate salt cement. Therefore, the surface layer and core material of the product are highly acid and alkali erosion resistant. In a circumstance with erosion medium, or in a project requiring higher anti-erosion grade of the panel.
- Soundproof coefficient of the panel core material: >45dB.
- With sulfoaluminate salt cement and unique foaming technique, the core material has high pore closing rate. The foam pore wall is smooth and closely knit. Thus, it is strongly water repellent. Water absorption rate<5%.
- Anti-quake: the panel has passed 2 million durability vibration tests. It is applicable for industrial and civil buildings in areas resisting 8-Richter-Scale earthquake.
- the panel can be used in conjunction with flexible waterproof roofing. Nearly 3 million square meters of roofing project proves that the roofing water resistance is safe and reliable. It is recommended to use SBS and APP roofing for the panel roofing project.
- Energy saving: The vesicant core material of the panel is the best inorganic heat insulation material. By adjusting the thickness of core material, the product can meet higher energy saving standard, and will be environment friendly, safe and healthy.
Product dimension: The plane size depends on the web frame grid, with frequently used dimension of 3000x3000. Abnormal panel can be made according to the requirement of project design. Abnormal panels include water-floating vertical panels, hole-open panels, angle-short panels, triangle panels, and non-structural-module panels, etc.
